This work was conceived aiming at a greater understanding of entrepreneurs and professionals regarding the possible positive and negative impacts related to Law No. 13.352 / 2016, known as the Law of the Salon-Partiner, which came to meet the demands not met by the first attempt of sector-specific labor regulation, through Law No. 12,552 / 2012. This dissertation seeks to solve doubts of people who have an interest in working with beauty salon. By analyzing opinions through the specters of professionals and entrepreneurs, both new entrants and people thinking about entering the industry can gain a better insight into the current labor regime governing beauty salons.
