Resumo:
The rigid plastic containers are used in large scale as objects for packaging, whether in the food, aesthetic or health area, in addition to many others, this is due to production capacities, resistance, its chemical properties in addition to having a low cost of production. This project will present a possible automation for an extrusion blowing machine in order to increase the efficiency of the machines used in the company. To achieve this project, the company was monitored daily so that it was possible to analyze and understand the operation of a blow extrusion machine (EBM), to discover the problems and inefficiencies in the process that could be improved through the project. During the description will be explained better how the extrusion-blowing process works, the problems encountered, and the advantages of automation.
