The Brazilian Insurance Market has been in an intense transformation process. One reason for this is the new digital era, which makes the research process for a Insurance purchase easier for the customer, who ends up being more demanding. Liberty Seguros, the sixth larger Auto Insurance Company in Brazil, understanding the need of differentiating theirselfes from others, developed their own management system, based on the Lean Methodology. Through the work on this paper, it will be showed the Lean tools application, adapted for Liberty Seguros, in its comercial Area.
