Resumo:
Carbon dioxide gas is one of the most abundant in the atmosphere, while it is important for the survival of living beings it is harmful to health if not controlled. With the technological advance it is possible to use a CO2 sensor to monitor the concentration of this gas in the environment. In this project the attenuation of light will be analyzed through a flow cell, which many different concentration using fiber optics, tunable laser and a CO2 sensor. It will be analyzed for specific wavelengths as is the behavior of light. The transmittance will be compared with the database model, Hitran.
