In current days, we see companies seeking greater competitiveness and working hard to remain present in the market in which it operates.Every day is clearer in the business world the importance of people to stay in the market and achieve the desired growth.Even so, it is still common to see companies with a short time in the market without a structured Human Resources department. In this context, this study aims to understand the reasons for the absence of aHuman Resources department in a specific Startup.For this purpose, interviews were conducted with employees of the company Passei Direto and later an analysis to have a vision of the need of the Human Resources department in the company.
