Resumo:
The present work highlights the franchising expansion model as a challenge of many advantages for the parties involved. But maintaining the brand s standard and value can be a big challenge for the franchisee, thinking that training programs have been created so that the employees at the end of the operation keep up to date and work according to the standards that the brand proposes. Domino s Pizzaria when it was installed in Brazil inaugurated its school store, aiming to train and maintain the standard of its operation in the country. This paper aims to show that a solid training program can have its benefits for the profits of both parties in the business.
