Resumo:
The goal of this work is to understand how a holding company of the Brazilian energy sector reformulated an important process for the compensation area within the Human Resouces department. The tools used in this work were: OD (Organizational development), Organizational Culture, Reengineering and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) to identify the greater impacts on the areas involved in the process and the most relevant outcomes caused by the implementation of the new system. Finally, the opposing forces and barriers met during this project were analyzed, along with the positive results obtained from the restructuring of this process.
