Resumo:
This work aims to address on technological advances in the current sphere, its size, importance and impact of these technologies on organizational spheres through adherence to integrated management systems that will be addressed based on the Model TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) acceptance of new technologies and based on the further inference about an integrated system model whose ERP name (Enterprise Resource Planning) which will form the basis for detailed exploration of issues inherent in the behavior of individuals and their attitude toward the social pressure, seeking to end show whether the relationship between boss and subordinate impact or not in the best employees on a new systemic deployed technology.
