Considering the competitive environment present nowadays, companies need to find alternative ways to differentiate themselves from competition and, therefore, the implementation, formalization, dissemination and maintenance of a corporate culture as a competitive advantage can be an internal strategy for the organization to stand out in comparison to its competitors. Through a case study of the process that happened in Andrade Gutierrez, the project aims to analyze the steps, the culture s characteristics and how it could represent a competitive advantage in the company s top managers opinion.
