Resumo:
The main purpose of this study is to discover analyze if in the same work environment there is any difference in the motivation degree of an outsourcing professional in relation to an internal worker. This work used as a basis for analysis the classical theories of personal motivation. The analysis has been conducted in a research institute that belongs to the Direct General Public Administration which is subordinated to the brazilian Ministry of Science and Technology.
