|
This work consists in an evaluation of how had been conduced the project
of change of the organizational structure in the Group Gas Natural Brazil, making
an analysis of the form that the project was implanted, the gotten reaction of the
employees before the presented changes, and results.
For such, had been carried through a former study fact, with survey of
documentation, and interviews with involved employees, beyond evaluation of
the current situation to certify that what he was determined for the matrix through
the structure, in fact is being carried through.
