|
The presented study had the objective to formulate a
strategic planning that
could fit the pretensions and proper capacities of the
chosen company. These
capacities are such as financial capabilities or have to do
with the size and
production capacity of the company. Initially diverse
authors were investigated to
define strategical planning and to show to its function and
importance for the
current organizations. The next step was the discussion
about the situation of the
company based on the analysis of its industry and also an
internal valuation.
Both analysis along with an interview made with some of the
most representative
members of the company, were joined in order to define the
adequate strategy.
