Resumo:
With the description of the market and agents, as well as the variables related to the present service process of a retail network that focus on financial products, this work intends to identify the weak points and deficiencies of the present Standard. The research focus is on the employees and on the group ménages and in their perceptions, aiming at assessing and indicating necessary suggestions afterwards. Through the use of deep research, it was done a detailed analysis of each one of variables that are considered relevant to this study, pointing out qualities and deficiencies. Thus, some suggestions are proposed aiming at contributing to the improvement of the present scenario.
