|
This work is based on the study of Solidariedade Virtual,
which is focused
on gathering food for nonprofit organizations. The main
objective is the study of
the most efficient donation process involving Internet.
It is supported in a theoretical referencial, in which are
observed: I) social
aspects , ii) technological aspects
There was also a survey with case studies from institutions
that already use
Internet in ther donation process.
The study is complemented by the development of a research,
with
questionnaire application posted online.
The collected data are used as support for suggestion about
Solidariedade Virtual process.
