This essay intends to study the viability of opening a used-
cars agency in
the neighborhood Recreio dos Bandeirantes. The concept of
the business will be
registered, the competitors, partners, clients, the
business`s strategies, as well as
the financial plan that will determine the viability of the
business. This business
plan will also study Recreio dos Bandeirantes, since it`s
the neighborhood the
company would be inserted and the car sales` market, sector
which it is intended
to act.
