This final report has as an objective making a business
plan to see if it is possible to
implement and mantain a new clinical trial unit named
Centro Cardio-Metabólico for the
company SPM (Sociedade para Pesquisas em Microcirculação).
It will also be calculated
the return over the investments and its payback.It is not
the intention of this report to do a
model to be aplied in other clinical trial units.
