This paper studies the probable reactions of the
competitors to the
repositioning of Rio Design Barra, that was a mall
specialized in decoration and
became a traditional mall. To better understand the
opponents and their
positioning the fowling models were used: strategic
dimensions analysis and the
competitors analysis both from the author Michel Porter.
Next are avaliued the
impacts of the new positioning in the opponents and their
probable reaction. To
finished are presented the measures that can help Rio
Design Barra to protect your
self against the attacks of the competitors.
