This work has as purpose show how the financial structure
of XPTO Project that
produces utilities has to be done using the Project
Finance as financing option, presenting
it, defining and explaining the Project Finance and the
XPTO Project. The financial
structure of the project will be sustained by contracts
and will be centralized in an SPC
(Special Purpose Company), constituted by the project
partners (Equity holders).
