Rural turism has been growing in the last 10 years as a lucrative, comercial activity with different characteristics than the big cities. Nowadays turism is one of the most important sectors in the world, it creates jobs and generates substantial revenue.As the result of the growth of rural turism, its necessary to have quality employees that undergo extensive trainning but at the same time it is important to the local community to offer good hospitality without loosing their country attributes The goal of this research is to propose an improvment is some human resources activities at Lagoa da Saudade farm- a rural resting place-focusing on recruitment, personal selection and trainning for the employees, insuring future quality services.
