The main objective is to identify and measure the level of
satisfaction of our current parents as well as the alumni
parents of the daycare/
kindergarten school Jardim dos Pirilampos.
In order to achieve this goal, a customer satisfaction
survey was created and
answered by the parents of our current student body and
the parents of our alumni.
We examined administrative, pedagogical and physical
aspects of our school
The results show a positive response from the parents for
the level of education
and services provided by Jardim dos Pirilampos
Some activities require improvement; an action plan will
be developed and
implemented by the school`s administration in order to
reach parent`s
expectations.
