The work first presents an analysis of Circus Brinquedos
Ltda´s current situation,
a small company of the retail trade of toys, that has been
observing a fall in the
demand for their products and a significant increase in
the costs of its
management. After the analyses it could be identified some
aspects to be
developed and corrective changes that will aid in a better
corporate performance.
A potential growth in the market share was observed and,
for that, it was
developed Marketing strategies that should be implemented
to result in sales
increase.
