This assignment has the purpose of showing the actual
financial status of the company BELEZA NATURAL,
analyzing its tributary model and planning its next budget
goals. The Group`s organogram is also analyzed e it seemed
that it needed some changes, in order for the company
employees to have more effectiveness and for the procedures
to be much better than they are nowadays.
