Resumo:
The purpose of this work is to establish consumer fidelity strategies for Datskat, an organization acting on the clothing and apparel segment. Therefore, an interview was realized with the company's owner with the objective to raise the main attributes offered, and even the ones not offered, by Datskat. After determining these attributes, a research work was performed with the company's clients at Babilonia Feira Hype. Analyzing the results, many interesting points were riaised and new opportunities to explore this segment were stated, allowing the creation of strategies to gain the fidelity of the clients.
