Resumo:
A company s sucess is directly related to the performance of the people who at it. That s why many organizations use various and moderm management strategies to attract, incourage, unable and keep their employees. However, not all companies have such sophisticated human resources s skill. So, the current study tries to make a survey in order to find out how the process of selecting training and improving people s habilities happen at the organization where PUC-Rio s final semester s administration students work or are trainees.
