This project had the objective of analyze The Mar Ipanema
and Rio Copa Hotels,
which goes through a process of restructure and
remodelation of their facilities in order to
be recognized as a four stars hotel.
During the project, it was found the Climate
Organizational Research necessity,
to grade the employees motivation level and to promote
improvement which raises the
organization s climate.
