This material has as an objective to propose a new
strategic
logistic model to TIM Brazil, which allows it to meet
expected growth
in demand and still improving the service level provided
by the
company. It evaluates the positive and negative aspects of
the
current model, comparing it to a new logistic model that
brings to the
company a better service level and a higher productive
capacity
(Receiving, warehousing and dispatching).
