The present study analyses the entrepreneurship theme and
investigates the
importance of some characteristics that can be found in
entrepreneurs for the selection of a
candidate by today s corporations. It also tries to prove
that it is essential to know and
understand the entrepreneurship, and recommends that
schools should develop courses
about the subject. As the basis for this paper, a
recruiting and selection human resources
corporation called Hunter Group was researched.
