Resumo:
The main objective of this research is to analyze how specific characteristics of an organizational culture can impact the performance of an organization, and on the organizational changes. The focused organization was Loral Skynet, born from a privatization process of an old division from AT&T, communication American Governement Company. Was been studied the organization culture profile before the privatization, after the privatization, and after the company chapter eleven, and the main changes that happens in the company during these periods.
