Resumo:
The strategy of self-service in the department stores, is adopted by the Lojas Americanas. The study of the management of merchandise if it has presented as an efficient way for the understanding most complete on the exposition of the products, design and the assortment of the store. Recent research on this subject had identified to expressive variations of behavior between different types of consumers. This study it makes an inquiry on as if it gives this phenomenon it enters the consumers of the Lojas Americanas and evaluates a possible variation of behavior in function of the age differences, sex and social class.
