The present study has the main objective to describe the
research and
development process developed by the Division of Supplies
of the TV Globo,
seeking to register its suppliers in the STARTEGIC
SOURCING system. Having
in mind the profile of the company, the project was
implemented in attention to
the needs of improvements of the productive process.
Therefore, the Division of
Supplies of the TV Globo adopts a sequence of stages,
considered of extreme
relevance for the choice of potential suppliers.
