This study objectified to discover areas of powerful
improvement of quality in
a factory of cryogenics equipments, FEC, pertaining for
the group White Martins
Industrials Gases. A Work & Service Satisfaction follow up
was made to find which
areas would present the biggest dissatisfaction indicator,
thereafter will apply a tool of
quality to find the possible reasons of that problem, at
the end of the implement of the
tool, suggestions of improvement will be give.
