The purpose of this work is to describe and analyze the
leadership style
applied in the company Stone Art. Presenting a vast
referential theoretical, the
work describes the different existent approaches in the
theme and compares the
reality exercised by the general director in the referred
company. Identifying the
leader's strong and weak points related to existent theory
in the leadership theme,
the work analyzes the different styles applied in several
situations in the company.
