|
This study s objective was to identify, analyze and
compare different methodologies of
process management, and to introduce a new methodology.
Four models were selected
for research, chosen for their acknowledgment in the
academic world. The models were
identified according to the phases presented by the chosen
authors. The comparison and
analysis were accomplished through the basis provided by
the life cycle of the project. A
suggestion for a methodology was achieved as the result of
the analysis carried trough.
