Resumo:
The study seeks opportunities for strategic alliances between the brazilian media firm Alpha and Spanish firms, to facilitate the entry of Alpha in the european market, through the Spanish territory. The study suggests that Spain could work as a learning experience for Alpha to its future entry in the media market of Eastern Europe. The strategic alliances propositions are based on Barneys description and on detailed investigation about the Spanish media industry and its competitors. These are propositions of joint-ventures and collaboratives strategies between Alpha and the local competitors.
