Resumo:
The study objectives to identify customer s satisfaction on Sendas Cola, a brand store soda by Sendas Supermarkets. Seeking to understand what motivates customers to change there shopping behavior leading them to choose a brand store soda instead of a well none brand. Also seeks to identify how its customers see Sendas Cola and how it relates to the all line of brand store products. Discover how barriers created by well-known brands interfere on Sendas Cola sales. The research also has as an objective, finds out if customers satisfaction to Sendas Cola is linked to their loyalty to the product.
