Study of descriptive, qualitative nature. Having as main
objective to verify the
perception of the concepts of the consumers in relation to
the piracy of CDs.
Secondary objectives to research, in accordance with the
existing legal concepts,
if the consumer executes or allotment of the acts
considered as phonografic
piracy, detecting if the consumer evaluates such acts as
piracy ; to search
secondary data from the recorders, which are directly
connected to
the phonografic industry on this consumption. The problem
is to know if the view
of the consumer on the phonographic piracy coincides with
what it is praised
inference.
