Resumo:
Leadership is a very important and present subject in organizations today. The figure of a successful leader, who knows how to deal with both professional and personal matters is what companies look for nowadays. The focus of companies should not be only with the business, but also with the human relations. The purpose of this work is to analyse the relation of the managers from a specific area of IBM Brazil with the leadership matter.
