The current work aimed to evaluate a sustainable growth of
Auto Access Bangu, a
medium company performing in the retail market for
automotive parts (auto parts). The
company's goal is to diversify the actual range of
services to provide additional auto services,
in order to profit with the growing demand for that. Using
Porters analysis applied to Vertical
Integration, it will be identified and discussed the
potential impact the diversification of
services will cause on the actual range of business of
Auto Access s Bangu.
