Resumo:
São Paulo is a Brazilian city with a competitive market and great offer of shopping centers. Shopping Jardim Sul is a mall located in São Paulo that endures this competition. This study is intended to trace a strategy and recommend a new positioning for Shopping Jardim Sul. As the study progressed, two important targets of strategy were perceptible: (1) consumers and (2) storekeepers. Thus, the collection of data, the presentation of results, and consequently, the strategy proposals were separated for each target. The study was based on Mintzbergs generic strategical tipology.
