This study is based on analysis of a gyms market on a
small demand environment
like the Praia da Costas neighborhood at the city of Vila
Velha, Espirito Santo
state. The study discovers the reasons about the
consumer`s escape process of the
Ponto 1 Gym and also points the crucial factors take by
the consumers on the
moment of the decision of witch gym will be selected to
get in.
