The objective of this project is to do a study of the
viability of the expansion plan
of Hotel Pousada das Canoas, aiming to attend a greater
number of guests. The
project in question will consider the hotel expansion in a
financial point of view,
identifying its cost and aiming a later analysis of the
project viability. Some
considerations about tourism and hotel management are also
presented aiming to
allow a better planning for the new hotel implementation.
