Resumo:
The motivation for this research project is due to the acquisition of the personal loan company Creditec S.A. by União de Bancos Brasileiros and the transition period involved in this negotiation. Research description fundamentals and analysis were based upon bibliographic research and informal interviews, and data was treated qualitatively. After defining the concepts about psychological contract and its maintenance on changing organizational environment, we pursued to arrive at some conclusions about how the employment relationships have been affected using registered information obtained with some Creditec´s former employees. Eventually we could point out the relevance of managing human capital mainly in changing work places, how managers deal with it and the consequences of psychological contract violation.
