Resumo:
This essay analyzes the relevance of the corporate volunteerism to achieve the goals of corporative social responsibility. Through the analysis of the voluntary work program developed by a specific company in the retail branch, based on the theoretical study and in the half of conduct interviews, it was objectified to identify the main impacts generated by the voluntary work, allowing to verify the importance and the benefits of employees compromises in the social projects of the company. To finalize, some conclusions are presented on this work as well as recommendations for the improvement of actions in this area.
