At present, companies find it very difficult to implement
a management strategy,
for there is a gap between what is intended and what is
done.
Having realized the demand for a management tool in order
to clearly disclose the
strategy to all employees, Kaplan and Norton have created
Balanced Scorecard.
Balanced Scorecard aims at clearly disclosing the company
strategy to all of the
company in the shape of strategic object broken down in
four aspects. Since this
communication is very important, this paper aims at
improving public relations at
CENPES.
