The work has as purpose to consider the adoption of one
politics of
management of the acquired knowledge, by training courses,
in the pneumatic
company, Michelin. This subject was considered for the
study, which had the
necessity of the training area to develop new methods to
measure the utility and
applicability of the qualification received in the day of
the collaborator in the
company.
