Resumo:
There are many attributes that influence carioca soccer fans on frequenting or not Maracanã. Identifying these attributes and measuring their importance to allow drawing marketing strategies is very important to have more and more soccer fans in the stadium. On this work, conjoint analysis is used. Two steps composed this work: the choice of the attributes to be evaluated by the respondents and the analysis of this evaluation. The group of stimuli to be evaluated was chosen based on depth interviews and nominal grouping. The group of stimuli was developed using the SPSS 11.0 software. Data collection was implemented with questionnaires. With the software this study reached its objective.
