Resumo:
Study of the satisfaction level of the young customers of Rio De Janeiro s South Side with the services of the Outback restaurant of Barra da Tijuca. The study led to identify the main factors or attributes considered relevant for the related customers, when they evaluate or they decide to frequent a thematic restaurant as what it is the object of the present research. Also the performance of Outback in the related attributes was investigated, according to perception of the respondents of a sample of research. The results had supplied information of the positive aspects and the negative aspects of the Restaurant, which can be useful for the administration of the enterprise. Finally, some suggestions for management process of the Company had been also presented.
