Resumo:
Bagaggio is a family-owned company located in Rio de Janeiro since 1942. Today, with 20 stores, Bagaggio is the market leader in its segment. However in order to achieve its position and maintain a path of fast-paced growth, much planning has to occur. This study was developed to explain the steps the company has taken to be successful in its business strategy.
