Resumo:
The digital transformation of supply chains has expanded the debate on smarter, more resilient, sustainable, and human-centric operations. In this context, this research aimed to develop, refine, and exploratorily apply an analytical taxonomy of intelligent Operations and Supply Chain Management (OSCM) based on SCOR-DS, operationalized through a maturity grid and a diagnostic tool. The study adopted a qualitative and exploratory approach grounded in Design Science Research, combining a scoping review, theoretical construction of the taxonomy, initial expert evaluation of the maturity grid, and empirical application in four organizations from different sectors: public transportation, mining, food manufacturing, and grocery retail. The proposed taxonomy connects the seven SCOR-DS processes - Orchestrate, Plan, Order, Source, Transform, Fulfill, and Return - with meta-dimensions related to artifact architecture, digital infrastructure, Industry 5.0 value capabilities, systemic dynamics, resource orchestration, and performance. As a result, the OSCM Maturity Analyser was developed as a diagnostic interface supported by generative AI to organize qualitative evidence, suggest maturity classifications, justify assessments, indicate evidence strength, and generate improvement paths. The final maturity grid was structured into five levels: N1 Initial, N2 Developing, N3 Structured, N4 Integrated, and N5 Adaptive/benchmark. The findings indicate that the analyzed organizations are still in transition toward intelligent OSCM, with no occurrence of N4 or N5 in the evaluated cells. The results show that maturity does not depend solely on the adoption of digital technologies, but on the integration of processes, data, people, governance, learning, and value creation. This research contributes theoretically by integrating SCOR-DS, Industry 5.0, Complex Adaptive Systems, and Resource Orchestration Theory into a diagnostic artifact, and contributes practically by providing an applicable tool for maturity assessment and roadmap development in supply chains.
