Resumo:
This study aims to analyze Brazilian consumer behavior regarding the purchase of hybrid and electric vehicles, identifying the main factors that influence their buying decisions. The research sought to understand how aspects such as sustainability, economy, innovation, and social image affect consumers perceptions of these automobiles. Through interviews with owners of hybrid and electric vehicles, it was observed that environmental awareness and the desire for modernity are central elements in choosing these models. However, the high price and limited charging infrastructure still represent significant barriers. The results highlight the importance of marketing strategies focused on consumer education and the promotion of sustainable benefits, contributing to the strengthening of the electric mobility market in Brazil.
